Bally Design collaborated with Careform to design a user interface for benefit verification software. The web-based service makes the process of pharmaceutical reimbursement easy for providers by simplifying the submission and tracking process.

OUTCOME
The design team developed a portal where providers can authorize prescriptions, verify benefits, receive patient updates, and provide comments to those processing the requests. Working with medical technologists, software engineers, and reimbursement experts, Bally created workflows that take the oftentimes overwhelming data entry workflow and rebuilt it into smaller, more manageable steps. The complexities of medical prescriptions and benefits verification across multiple patients and facilities are presented in a user-friendly way providing greater clarity into the reimbursement process and the status of patients.
